Refund Policy

The core rules SNKRSGAME applies when reviewing refund requests, including eligible cases, non-refundable situations, method, timing, and fraud controls.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Order not fulfilled.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Duplicate payment.
  • Lost shipment.
  • Payment captured but order failed.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after shipment.
  • Wrong size selected by the customer.
  • Minor packaging wear.
  • Unauthorized or unsupported claims.

3. Refund Request Period

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery or within 7 days of the failed order issue.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Processing Time

Refunds usually take 7 to 15 business days to complete, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

6. Fraud Prevention

We may reject abusive, misleading, or fraudulent refund requests and may ask for additional information before making a final decision.
